We deliver a rigorous, mobile-first engineering curriculum to 23 orphanage students in Nairobi — and we're engineering a mountain bike purpose-built for Kenyan terrain.
Our Mission
4Hope Kenya was founded after watching a previous program collapse due to mismanagement — while orphanage students in Nairobi kept showing up every week asking when the bikes would come. We could not walk away.
Every lesson is engineered to run on a single phone — no computers, no laptops, no infrastructure required. That design choice is what lets us deliver a real engineering curriculum to students who would otherwise have zero access to one.

Who We Serve
Children's Garden Home in Nairobi has cared for over 2,000 children since 2001 — providing shelter, meals and community to nearly 250 children today. Engineering education and access to computers is the one thing they haven't had — until now.
Less than 10% of Kenyans own transportation. A bike is survival infrastructure — water collection, school access, safety at night.
One of our students called at 2AM from Kenya. After learning to fix it himself, he called back three months later to say he had just taught a younger kid the same repair. That is why 4Hope exists.
